Depression according to Anu Momo is a gradual build up of worries, pain and heartbreak as a result of horrible experiences and failures in life. One fact about depression is that you tend to be a role model when you find a way out because it is a war, and winning a battle is epic. There are various causes of depression but limited solutions which I would like to share. Do you live a life where you have everything, I mean everything but there is just one thing or things that ruin your perfect life? If yes then along the line depression might come knocking. Moreover, another fact is that everyone get depressed but it depends on how you long it takes for you to get over it. Depression is an incurable disease, it just get reduced when you know how to snap out it. Why did I call depressed DEATH EASILY PRESSED? The more you get depressed the more you think about death, it builds up until you take the big step and that is the reason why people commit suicide. Committing suicide is the major and final effect of depression. The thought of death might have occurred several times before the action is taken. If you are a victim you would understand but HOW CAN WE STOP DEPRESSION? IS IT POSSIBLE?    
     
CAUSES OF DEPRESSION


The cause of depression are those bad incidents, actions, things that you witnessed which caused you great pain , fear or reduction in self esteem. People get depressed because of abuse, broken home, loss of parents, broken marriage, bad nose, bad teeth, poverty etc. Now these examples are bad incidents but before they can lead to depression you will have to feel bad about it or the comments you receive from them. Therefore, the one and only cause of depression are incidents that make you feel bad to the extent you feel like giving up.


                AM's SOLUTIONS TO DEPRESSION

The major purpose of this blog is to share my solutions to the world of the depressed. The major solution to depression is removing, forgetting, and abandoning those things that caused it. It is easy for certain people to get rid of depression if it is not associated with memories that cannot be deleted. For instance, you have a bad teeth, you feel down or depressed about it, you can't take it anymore but one day it got fixed. Everyone starts praising your teeth, you feel happy. Gradually, those bad memories start getting replaced with the good ones which reduces depression. If your memories can't get deleted, what causes your depression is still present, then look, I have a solution. People suggest you voice out if you are depressed but some can't do it , then this should be your everday routine, it will reduce it.



1) MUSIC: MUSIC? You might wonder how can music be a solution but fortunately, it is. All these years I suffered from depression, the only way I could snap out of it is music. Realise the kind of music that makes you happy, dance or sleep. When depression comes knocking just play the tape. Although, it might not have an immediate effect but it will when you keep on the music. If you are not a lover of music then entertainment, going out with jovial friends, sports, performing your hobbies is an alternative.



2)SLEEP: The less sleep you get the more you get depressed. It becomes difficult to sleep when you are depressed but music and sleep works together. Listen to a music that can make you fall asleep or dance till you eventually get tired, then off to bed.



3)SHOUT: When nothing seems to work, shout. Shout out your frustration and pain which will lead to an uninvited river of tears, then relieve. Afterwards, give yourself a treat for taking the big step to let go. It is an alternative if you don't want to talk.



4) PRAY: Prayer is the last thing that comes to your mind when your are depressed. Fortunately, it is the best solution. The only cure to depression is if the cause and memories are crushed. If your cause and memories of your depression seem uncrushable, pray because God will surely find a way to do that for you.

PLEASE TRY TO TALK IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE PRESSURE OF DEPRESSION. YOU CAN TALK TO ME, YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN.
